Grape and Honey Dew Green Salad with Mint Splash

Ingredients

  • SALAD:
  • 4 cups California green seedless grapes, whole, stemmed
  • 6 cups honey dew melon, peeled and seeded and cut in 1-inch cubes
  • Mint Splash (recipe follows)
  • MINT SPLASH:
  • 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. SALAD
  2. Toss salad ingredients together.
  3. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
  4. MINT SPLASH:
  5. Whisk honey into lime juice to dissolve.
  6. Add mint.
  7. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
  8. This is also fun to make with 3 colors of grapes.
