Good Peppers
Ingredients
- 8 Anaheim peppers
- 2 packages chive cream cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
- 1 package bacon

Instructions
- Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
- Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together. Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon, grill until done, about 5 minutes.
