Ginger Black Sesame Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/4 ginger, chopped
  • 2 tsp. black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. umeboshi plum vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. flax oil

Instructions

  1. Blanch the beans in salted water for five minutes until they're bright green. Toss in sesame seeds, ginger and dressing and serve.
