Georgia's Famous Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the chopped mushrooms. Shape the mixture into a ball and pat the parsley around the outside of the ball. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours before serving.
