- 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Instructions
- Low-Sodium Recipe
- Coat chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Heat olive oil in medium skillet.
- Cook chicken until done; remove chicken and set aside.
- Add mustard and lemon juice to remaining spices in skillet. Heat 1 minute to blend flavors, spoon sauce over chicken.
