Garlic Herb Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Low-Sodium Recipe
  2. Coat chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.
  3. Heat olive oil in medium skillet.
  4. Cook chicken until done; remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add mustard and lemon juice to remaining spices in skillet. Heat 1 minute to blend flavors, spoon sauce over chicken.
