Fruit Salad with Orange Liqueur and Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh ripe peaches, pitted and diced or 1 can whole peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear, diced
  • 1 pint ripe strawberries, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ounces orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
  • 1 pint orange or strawberry sorbet

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine. To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.;
