Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, seeds removed and diced into 1-inch pieces or cut with a melon baller
  • 1 honeydew melon, seeds removed and diced into 1-inch pieces or cut with a melon baller
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced into 1-inch wedges
  • 8 star fruits, sliced crosswise

Instructions

  1. Special equipment: 24 cocktail forks or cocktail toothpicks
  2. Arrange pieces in a pleasing pattern on a serving plate and serve with cocktail forks or cocktail toothpicks on small plates.
