Frozen Melon Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped honeydew melon, frozen solid
  • 2 jiggers (3 ounces) light rum
  • 1/4 cup Midori
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée the melon with rum, Midori and lime juice, scraping the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses.
