Ingredients

• 2 large onions, sliced
• 2 large red bell peppers, sliced
• 1 all-natural hot dog, such as Fritzi Dog or Applegate All-Natural Dogs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
• One 16-ounce bag your favorite BBQ potato chips

Instructions

1. Heat a grill to high heat.
2. Grill your onions, bell peppers and hot dog to perfection. Mix together the mayo and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Top your dog with the sauce, grilled onions and grilled bell peppers. Top it all off with a handful of BBQ potato chips and enjoy. Use remaining sauce, onions and peppers for additional hot dogs.
