Friday Harbor House's Carrot Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 fluid ounces rye whiskey (such as Bulleit™)
  • 3/4 fluid ounce fresh carrot juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 fluid ounce quinquina wine (such as Bonal Gentiane Quina®
  • ice
  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon

Instructions

  1. Pour rye whiskey, carrot juice, simple syrup, and quinquina wine into a cocktail shaker; cover and shake twice to mix. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with tarragon.
