Fresh Fruit and Granola

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces nonfat yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup washed and chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, washed, optional
  • 1/4 cup peeled and chopped mango, optional
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and mix in the chopped or sliced fruit of choice. Serve with a mint leaf and a sprinkling of granola.
