Frank's Chopped Salsa

Ingredients

  • 7 roma (plum) tomato, seeded and diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed, minced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, red onion, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
