Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila (preferably anejo or reposado)
- 1 ounce Manzanilla sherry
- 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Marasca cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Combine the tequila, sherry, maraschino liqueur, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice; stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
