Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila (preferably anejo or reposado)
  • 1 ounce Manzanilla sherry
  • 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Marasca cherry, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the tequila, sherry, maraschino liqueur, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice; stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
