Fig and Prosciutto Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 piece rosemary focaccia
- 3 fresh figs, cut in thin rounds
- 1 slice prosciutto
- 1 handful washed arugula
- Olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- Slice focaccia horizontally. Place layer of figs on 1 piece of focaccia. Top with a slice of prosciutto, and a handful of arugula. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with pepper. Press firmly on sandwich to flatten. Cut in half and serve.
