Festival Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry-seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg, add oil and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Reserve 3/4 cup for basting during grilling.
  2. Use the remaining sauce to marinade meat for at least an hour--better yet if marinated overnight. Grill as you normally would for whatever meat that you use, basting every five minutes or so.
