Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Penne, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl toss the penne, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Stir in mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper
