Energy Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, coconut, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flax seeds, and vanilla extract together in bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish and cut into desired number of bars, leaving bars in the baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
