• 2 ounces lemon-flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Limon)
• 1/4-ounce sweet blue liqueur (recommended: Blue Curacao)
• 1/4-ounce sweet and sour mix
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 2 ounces grapefruit juice
• Shaved ice
• Cherries, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a martini shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass over a scoop of shaved ice. Serve with a cherry, for garnish, and a spoon.
