Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce (such as A1®)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Spread beef stew meat into the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour steak sauce over the beef; top with onion and tomatoes.
  2. Cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours.
  3. Whisk flour into water in a small bowl; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Continue cooking until the liquid thickens, 10 to 15 minutes.
