Best Recipe for Eagles Tailgating Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup Yuengling® lager beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
- Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Romano cheese, barbeque sauce, beer, egg, green onion, basil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix lightly using your hands, then form into 8 patties.
- Lightly brush the grill grate with oil and place patties on the grill. Cook until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 8 minutes per side for well done.
