Dried Tomato, Caper, and Olive Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried tomatoes packed in oil, minced
- 1 tablespoon drained bottled capers, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced pitted drained Kalamata or other brine-curd black olives
- 2 tablespoons water, or enough to thin dressing to desired consistency
