Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon seeded and minced jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, fold the ingredients gently together until they are mixed. Let stand for 30 minutes and then serve.
