Ingredients

• White sugar crystals
• 2 cups store bought eggnog, chilled (or 2 cups vanilla ice cream)
• 1/2 cup brandy
• 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
• Pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

Instructions

1. Spread some sugar crystals in a saucer. Dampen rims of martini glasses and coat with sugar crystals. Combine the eggnog, brandy, amaretto, nutmeg, and vanilla ice cream in a blender. Pour into prepare martini glasses. Garnish each drink with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
