Best Recipe for Crunchy SuperFood Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/2 tablespoon cracked flax
- 1/2 tablespoon cracked hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Blueberries, pomegranate seeds or other fresh fruit or berries
- Granola, raw oats, nuts or honey, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, agave nectar, flaxseeds, hemp seeds and vanilla in a medium bowl, and let sit for 10 minutes, whisking every couple of minutes. The mixture will start to set like gelatin. Place some fruit in a parfait glass, add the milk mixture and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Top with granola, raw oats, nuts or honey.
