Creamed Green Chili Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream reduced by 1/2
  • 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos. Garnish with scallions and cilantro and serve.
