Crawfish Po Boy

Ingredients

  • 1 serving French bread
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • Ketchup, for spreading
  • Mustard, for spreading
  • 1/3 pound breaded crawfish
  • Dash paprika

Instructions

  1. Lay the lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard on the lower half of the bread. Place the crawfish on top and finish with a dash of paprika.
