Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia(R)Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  3. Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
