Cracked Wheat for the Kids
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cracked wheat
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Cook cracked wheat in butter for a couple of minutes. Add water and bring it to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with grated Parmesan or serve with plain yogurt, sliced almonds and raisins.
