Ingredients

• 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1/3 green bell pepper, diced
• 1/3 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/3 yellow bell pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 cup mayonnaise or more if needed
• 3 to 4 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
• 3 to 4 teaspoons horseradish
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste after mixing and adjust mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish, salt and pepper, if needed. Chill before serving.
