Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, very cold
• 1/4 cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
• 2 tablespoons confectioners' or granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon coconut rum
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
