Club 55 Haricots Verts
Ingredients
- 1 (1 pound) bag ready-to-cook haricots verts (recommended: Greenline)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan, garnish

Instructions
- Place haricots verts in a large microwave-safe bowl with a 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain.
- To haricots verts add sour cream, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to coat. Garnish with shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
