Citrus Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop (4 1/2 tablespoons) unsweetened egg white powder such as Jay Robb Egg White Protein
  • Salt
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, orange juice, egg white powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a glass Mason jar or bowl, and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning, peel and chop the orange. Stir the oatmeal mixture, then top with chopped fresh orange and sliced almonds.
