Citrus Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 4, 4 oz. salmon fillets
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 4 slices of orange
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Low-Sodium Recipe
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray.
  4. Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
  5. Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish. Sprinkle fish with wine.
  6. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325 degrees F and continue to cook 5 minutes. Rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
