Citrus Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 4, 4 oz. salmon fillets
- 4 slices of lemon
- 4 slices of orange
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- cooking spray

Instructions
- Low-Sodium Recipe
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish. Sprinkle fish with wine.
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325 degrees F and continue to cook 5 minutes. Rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
