Best Recipe for Chocolate Tofu Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
- 8 ounces firm tofu
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the canola oil and 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur. Then press into a 9-inch spring form pan.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine all remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over the crust and bake for 1 hour. Chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
