Chocolate Malted Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons malted milk powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions
- Peel and chop banana. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Place frozen yogurt, skim milk, and malted milk powder in a sturdy blender. Puree until smooth. Add frozen banana chunks and continue to puree until smooth. Blend in chocolate syrup until completely mixed. Serve in chilled glasses.
