Chocolate-Cherry Fun-due

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semisweet dark chocolate
  • 3 ounces heavy cream
  • 2 ounces Kirsch or cherry brandy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in the cream over a double boiler or in a fondue pot then stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with pieces of fresh or dried fruit and pound or angel food cake for dipping.
