Chocolate Banana Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 3 ripe small bananas
  • 1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler over medium heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and reserve.
  2. In a food processor, add the bananas and puree until smooth. Then add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter and salt. Blend until fully incorporated.
