Ingredients

  • 1 (10.2 ounce.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 (9 ounce.) package frozen diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers¿ frozen sweet peas
  • 1 (4 ounce) can Green Giant® Mushroom Pieces and Stems, drained
  • 1 (2 ounce.) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  2. Meanwhile, place chicken on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thawed. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour; stir until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.
  3. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Split warm biscuits; place bottom half of each on individual serving plate. Spoon hot chicken mixture over each biscuit half. Place top biscuit halves over chicken mixture.
