Chef John's Brie with Ripe Pear and Black Pepper
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese
- 12 water crackers, or more as needed
- 1 ripe pear - halved, cored, thinly sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper, coarse grind
