• 1 1/2 ounce Tanqueray Number Ten
• 1/2 ounce Aperol
• 1/2 ounce Luxardo Maraschino
• 1/4 ounce lime juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• 3/4 ounce cream
• 1/2 ounce egg white

1. Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Strain into highball and add a splash of soda fizz.
