Carrot-Orange Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed carrot juice, carrot greens reserved for garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the carrot, orange and lime juice in a pitcher. Fill chilled champagne flutes or glasses halfway with the juice and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the carrot greens.
