Ingredients

• 2 ounces dark rum
• 1/2 ounce crème de bananes
• 1 teaspoon Rose's lime juice
• 6 ounces pineapple juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1/2 teaspoon grenadine
• 3 or four ice cubes
• Crushed ice
• Maraschino cherry
• Pineapple slice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the last three in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the cherry and pineapple slice.
