Cantaloupe Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 handful mint leaves, chopped, plus sprigs, for garnish
  • 8 ounces diced prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and garnish with mint sprigs. This is an easy one!
