California Guacamole with Bacon
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled
- 1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)

Instructions
- Place the avocados in a bowl, and stir in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and garlic until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
