Blueberry Walnut Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons Champagne wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups blueberries, washed
- 1/4 cup walnuts, halved and toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
