Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ice cubes, or as desired
 - 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
 - 1 cup low-fat milk
 - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, or to taste
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste

- Blend ice in a blender until crumbly; add yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste smoothie and add desired amount of sugar; blend.
