Blue Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup scallions, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double boiler. Cook over medium heat until melted through. Stir in scallions and black pepper. Spoon onto toasted baguette or crackers. Serve hot.;
