Bircher Muesli with Kefir

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 6 tablespoons plain kefir
  • 1/2 apple, grated
  • 4 strawberries, diced
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and kefir in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until oats soak up the kefir and thicken, 8 hours to overnight.
  2. Stir apple and strawberries into the oats. Add honey to reach desired level of sweetness.
