Big Sur Cooler

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 part amaretto (recommended: Disaronno)
  • 1/2 part blue Curacao
  • 1 part white cranberry juice, chilled
  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour amaretto and blue Curacao over ice cubes. Top with chilled white cranberry juice and stir. Serve garnished with mint.
