Big Apple Detox

Ingredients

  • 1 parsnip, halved
  • 1/4-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 apples, halved
  • 1/2 cup chilled water
  • small handful of ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Feed the parsnip and ginger, then the apples through a juicer. Add the water. Fill a glass halfway with ice (if using), pour in the juice, and serve immediately.
